Maryanne Buatti, is a seasoned attorney with over thirty years experience in real estate and mortgage financing. Her primary focus is in representation of institutional and private lenders, including acquisition lending, construction financing, bridge loans, secondary mortgage market assignments and loan modifications. Ms. Buatti also has extensive experience in representing buyers and sellers of residential property, co-operative units and condominiums.
She participates in the mentoring program of the Nassau County Bar Association in conjunction with the Mentoring Partnership of Long Island. Ms. Buatti has found this program, mentoring at-risk middle school children, to be immensely beneficial to the participants. She is also a literacy volunteer with Literacy Suffolk, Inc. helping adults to learn English as a second language.
Ms. Buatti earned her Juris Doctor, with distinction, from Hofstra University School of Law, her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from St. John’s University and is admitted to practice in the state of New York, various federal District Courts and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is also member of the Nassau County Bar Association Real Property Law committee and a member of the New York State Bar Association.
